Good guys in here, they had a special going on for a set of 20s. Got some nice beefy tires for a more aggressive look included. Love the way it came out

I give it a five star but if I could I would give it 10 stars. Frankie is such a great person. His customer service is wonderful always makes me happy. This is my second set of rims and tires for my car. My husband has also purchased from here. I would definitely recommend hot wheel city to anyone looking for rims and tires my friend Frankie will hook you up. This will be the only place I’ll go to buy rims and tires. Thank you again so much!

Great place! Very helpful and knowledgeable about tires and wheels. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for those. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. They even fixed my tpms sensors.

I dealt with Fawaz at Toledo Ohio location and was told after wrong offset wheels were shipped to me that I had to pay a restocking fee and that I would have to pay for shipping and buy new rims and this is after ordering a steering wheel custom for rims that will not fit my car was told that nothing he can do he is just the salesman and sales are final but the rims were not even new they were scratched all on inside never installed on my vehicle was told offset was front 15 and rear 20 but I have a 1986 Chevrolet Monte Carlo and takes a -15 offset and was told that rims are right and that I just want other rims and this is my 3 rd set of rims for two different cars in a year twice with fawaz who is the worst salesman I have ever dealt with and I am in customer service and I am being treated so badly and I have paid for my rims they a third party company fully and now I’m paying for something that doesn’t fit my car and no one is trying to rectify the situation just making me feel worse about dealing with hot wheel city and I’m lost on who to talk to or what to do because I am paying for something that I can’t use on my car and I am receiving horrible customer service no responses
